THIS TAX RESOLUTION SERVICES AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) IS BEING PROVIDED TO YOU, THE UNDERSIGNED "INDIVIDUAL”) AS PART OF THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS WITH DM3 VENTURES, INC. D/B/A WHITEWOOD SOLUTIONS (“WHITEWOOD SOLUTIONS ”) AND SETS FORTH YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE TAX RESOLUTIONS SERVICES PROGRAM. YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU CAN BE ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM. SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY QUALIFY YOU TO OFFER THE PROGRAM, NOR DOES IT OBLIGATE WHITEWOOD OR WHITEWOOD SOLUTIONS TO MAKE THE PROGRAM AVAILABLE TO YOU. Your responsibility will be to gather items from the client and to enroll client into a resolution program. You will collect all fees from client and Whitewood will be paid a monthly participation fee of $595; to be paid on the 10th of each month after the $495 training fee is paid.
