Terms:

a) The terms “you” and “yours” refer to the person or persons signing below as the “Client”
b) The terms “we,” “us,” “our” refer to Tax Resolution Connection
c) The term “TRC” refers to The Tax Resolution Connection Inc.
d) The term “Processor” refers to The Tax Resolution Connection Inc.
e) The term “Agreement” means this Tax Resolution Services Agreement.
f) The term “Tax Resolution Coaching Service” means the process by which Tax Resolution Connection will attempt to
train you with how to offer Tax Resolution Services to resolve your clients outstanding tax liabilities.
Our Services.

The Tax Resolution Connection team provides Tax Resolution Coaching Services and offers back-end tax resolution services using Whitewood Solutions, a DM3 Ventures, Inc company. We will be training you on all six steps of our process and setting up your office to offer Tax Resolution Services to your clients as offered by our affiliate, Whitewood Tax Solutions. This program includes (2) Tax Resolution cases with the back-end IRS work done by our team, (1) Entity Set-Ups and weekly coaching / training calls which are designed to provide you with the tools needed to offer tax resolution in your offices in 90 days. Plus, a link to offer business loan products at a 20% commission rate.
Fees for Our Services.

You understand that we charge a flat fee for our "TEST DRIVE" of our Tax Resolution Coaching Services. The initial fee for this "TEST DRIVE" program is $3,500; which is due and payable at the time you sign this Agreement. You may pay the Tax Resolution Coaching Fee by Automated Clearing House (ACH) or a credit / debit card as indicated below. The program is a 90 day program and we guarantee that you will make the money spent with us back in 180 days if you follow the system in place and participate fully. Additionally, we agree to continue to work on your behalf with no monthly fees paid to us until you make at least the total of fees collected by Tax Resolution Connection, even if this takes longer than the program duration IF you have followed the program rules fully.
Your Right to Cancel and Refunds.

You may cancel your Services at any time. Upon notification that you want to cancel your Services, we will cease training and support. If you cancel your Services within three (3) days of signing this Agreement, we will refund to you in full any fees you have paid. If you cancel your services after three (3) days of signing this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that we are entitled to all fees previously billed and paid by you.
